Having recently bought our first home, my husband and I thoroughly researched reliable and trustworthy carpenters to complete a renovation of a large area of our home (living room, dining room, downstairs hall and upstairs landing). We were cautious and wanted to ensure that we found trades that we could trust in our home. With the work now complete, I can highly recommend KN Carpentry for outstanding and professional craftsmanship. Kieran is an excellent Carpenter and lovely person with a close eye for detail at every stage of his work. He is not only a skilled carpenter but has an eye for design and we thank him for our beautiful alcove cabinet in our dining room alongside all of the other work. Throughout the work, he was exceptionally clear and detailed about all aspects of the work (including costs) and highlighted all possibilities so that there were no nasty surprises! From the outset, Kieran project managed and coordinated the entire piece of work with professionalism and diligence. He liaised with other trades, including a plasterer, painter and decorator, electrician, plumber and even a silicone and mastic man. He ensured that all other trades were reliable and ensured that we were well informed throughout the process. We cannot recommend Kieran enough - he is not only an expert in his field but also fairly priced and very clear about costs throughout his work. He goes the extra mile to complete the work to a high standard. He has a hunger to succeed in his business and this definitely shows in the care he puts into his work! In addition to this, he is also very easy to have in your home. He is polite and tidy and respects his customer's privacy especially in a time when people are working from home. He was a pleasure to have in our home and so friendly! We will not hesitate in having him return.
